CBP And Immigration Super Lawyer Conspire To Defraud The United States, Allegedly
YouTube's best know immigration law super lawyer Joseph Tsang is at it again, saving aliens from having to follow the law and actually live in the United States after getting a green card.
Southern California's famous YouTube immigration attorney, Joseph Tsang, is at it again. He and Mariza Marin, and other U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) employees, conducted a successful fraud scheme directed against the United States, allegedly.
Tsang is infamous for his "connections" in CBP in San Diego and Los Angeles. He has access where attorney's for aliens are prohibited by policy, primary and secondary inspection. By policy attorney's for aliens are only allowed before CBP Officers during Deferred Inspection, which is an appointment for further investigation when an alien arriving from foreign is found not to be immediately admissible, but has some evidence that will allow admission that can only be provided at a later date and a place other than a Port-of-Entry (POE). During processing at a POE, when an alien arrives on an aircraft, vessel, or over the land border, it is prohibited for an alien to be represented by an attorney or anyone else other than a custodial parent. Attorneys are specifically prohibited from representing clients during primary inspection or at secondary inspection where an immigration officer has determined that additional questions at the POE are required.
However Tsang has some in at CBP where he gets special treatment and is allowed to represent alien clients seeking admission to the United States at POEs, including both primary and secondary inspection. What connection Tsang has to Sydney Aki, the Field Office Director in San Diego for CBP or Mariza Marin, the Area Port Director for CBP is unknown, but it must be something special as attorney access and representation of aliens during inspection is unprecedented, except for Tsang.
As in other cases where he is humble bragging, Tsang in a YouTube post details what even he found incredible, he obtained admission for two sets of aliens, family members, who were admitted for Lawful Permanent Residence (LPR) despite having previously been admitted as immigrants, but then having left the U.S. to live overseas, which is illegal. LPRs are required to live in the U.S., unless abroad while employed by the United States, spouses of or minor children of U.S. citizens employed by the United States stationed abroad, or having applied for and issued a DHS Form I-327, Reentry Permit.
