A Substack Exclusive: Treason Bar Shyster Thinks Telling The Truth Is A Trap
What kind of lawyer implicitly informs his clients to not tell the truth? An Immigration Lawyer.
The shysters at the Treason Bar say they are merely helping those who need assistance to “overcome” impediments to gaining immigration benefits, but at every stage they implicitly admit that telling the truth is a trap or a conspiracy by the government to deny benefits to illegal aliens.
In this case we have an alien from Mexico who has been married to a U.S. citizen for five years, but for most of that time she remained living in Mexico, but using her Border Crossing Card (BCC) to essentially live in the United States. It is a special version of the B-1/B-2 Non-Immigrant Visa (NIV), available only to citizens of Mexico living in Mexican states bordering the United States. It is an NIV, which means it is not for those intending to live and work in the United States. To use it otherwise is fraud, to use it to come and go until one decides to immigrate to the United States is fraud.
Their immigration attorney, himself an immigrant, claims that his client was trapped by a U. S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Immigration Services Officer (ISO) by being forced to tell the truth.
The alien, under questioning, admitted that she used her BCC to come to the United States to be with her American citizen husband instead of following the proper procedure and filing for an appropriate Immigrant Visa (IV), in this case an IR-1 IV as the spouse of an American citizen married for more than two years.
Instead, she decided one day to move to the United States using her BCC, crossed the border without informing the Customs and Border Protection Officer (CBPO) who inspected her that she was just coming here temporarily. She did not inform the CBPO that she had decided to move here, then adjust her status while in the United States. If she had told the truth to the CBPO, that CBPO would have refused her entry under Expedited Removal proceedings and she would have been barred from the United States for fraud, the failure to tell the truth to the CBPO, and for being an intending immigrant without an IV, her intent to immigrate to the United States without applying for and receiving an IV.

(II) whose visa has been issued without compliance with the provisions of section 1153 of this title, is inadmissible.
Title 8 U.S. Code § 1182, Inadmissible Aliens, Legal Information Institute, undated
Under questioning, the alien admitted that she decided one day to move the United States after five years of a commuter marriage. The USCIS officer obtained her admission that she decided long before she crossed the border and was fully intending to be an immigrant that day she crossed. She had quit her job, which shows she was not intending to return to Mexico. She admitted eventually to committing fraud at entry to the United States.
I congratulate the officer on obtaining the admission and confession to fraud, but the shocking aspect of this is the arrogance of the this Treason Bar shyster, who was in actuality advising future immigrants to lie better to immigration officers, not only the CBPO at the border but the USCIS ISO as well.
